Customer Service Rep.
In this position you will professionally represent Budget Brokerage to the public and service our clients with their Insurance needs. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, good time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Bilingual skills a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong self-starting initiative are required.
One year of customer service experience and problem solving in an office environment.
Budget Brokerage offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Full time position, M-F, 1/2 day Saturday, rotating schedule. Ability to work any shift, any schedule is a must. Background and business references (3) are required.
Branch Manager
Budget Brokerage, is looking for an Branch Manager who is self-motivated individual to Sale, organize, and run our Insurance, and our Full service office concept on a full time basis in our offices located on Long Island, New York. Bilingual skills are a plus.
The successful candidate will possess sales and office experience focused on excellent customer service. The applicant must also be able to professionally represent Budget Brokerage to the community. The ideal candidate could be someone with previous experience in management, retail management, department manager, sales, collection, call center and office experience. Any experience in these areas will be considered.
